"Miss Carlisle"  

    A new farm and a healthy new filly--life can't get much better. We had been looking for this filly to arrive since April 12, so when she was born 7:00 AM April 21, 2004, we were able to sleep through the night once again. We own her dam, Fettucina, a Holsteiner. The sire, "Wall Street Blues," owned by Claire Lacy from Clarksville, MD, is a magnificent bay Hanoverian. This is the 2nd time I have crossed 2 bays and gotten a lovely chestnut! I am so pleased with this filly that I plan to bred the mare back to her sire spring 2005.  On November 28, Carli went home with her new owner, Annie, on the right in this photo. Annie will have the rewarding experience of raising this exquisite filly. As you can see, she is one very happy young lady!
