Our horses enjoy the large pastures and paddocks, and we the scenic 3 board fencing, and the riding, training, driving, and cross country areas. We continue mowing, fertilizing, liming and spraying for weeds to improve the pasture quality and eventually will add run in sheds. This past summer we installed automatic waterers in the pastures. We fenced a minimum of 20 feet from the property lines, so there would be riding/hacking areas around the perimeter.
