 "Fancee of Dreams Come True Farm" 

    Foaled March 26, 2009 @ 7:00 pm, this healthy, leggy, and elegant 2009 FHANA/FPS registered filly by Iron Spring Farm's Teade 392 Sport and out of our sweet ster mare, Wietske Janke V, has made us count our many blessings. She has a full brother, Xavier, in Texas and a full sister, Carlee, in New Jersey! I'm starting to become very attached to her, so have no plans to sell her--everyone needs a Teade baby!
     On May 22, 2010 we took her to the Mid-Atlantic Friesian Horse Classic, where she won both her halter and her liberty classes--could she become our next "show girl?" Her next show will be the Ohio Valley Friesian Horse Classic, August 7-8, 2010.

  IN 2008 we bred our ster mare, Wietske Janke V, back to Iron Spring Farm's Friesian stallion, Teade, who is now approved on offspring. This  healthy 2009 filly was Wietske's sixth foal, so she knew the routine and foaled in 10 minutes. I had been hoping for another filly this year, once again braiding with pink socks! It works;-)
    Fancee is registered with both FHANA [the Friesian Horse Association of North America] and the Dutch FPS [Friesch Paarden-Stamboek (Friesian studbook)], which is the world-wide authority on the Friesian horse and recognized as the European Mother Studbook of the Friesian Horse. Her dam, a very kind, sweet, friendly mare and excellent mother, Wietske Janke V [199925360] was sired by Ritse and is a "ster" Friesian mare.
    This filly is very strong, active, curious, bold, very independent, and extremely friendly. She has been regularly handled since day 1, wearing a halter since birth, and loves being groomed.
